The brief was to refurbish and extend the existing house to the side and the rear, to add a pool and pool room within the garden and a detached double garage to the front of the property. The house was completely refurbished internally bringing it up to date with modern day requirements. The front facade was sensitively extended to retain the existing features of the house, such as stone window surrounds, brick detailing and a clay tiled roof.
