The brief was to create a new-build 5000 sq.ft house with triple height main reception space in traditional ‘arts and crafts’ Lutyens style. The project uses oak throughout which reflects on the interior spaces whilst the house has every modern electrical and mechanical convenience expected of a 21st Century house.
